I can dial windage and elevation for different calibers, ranges, and conditions, and still have absolutely no idea what my wife wants for dinner.
I can account for distance, bullet drop, and shifting wind at 600 yards, but somehow “What do you want to eat?” remains the most impossible target in my life.
Some problems just can’t be solved with good glass, solid fundamentals, and a ballistic chart.
